NOTICE ON THE MANNER OF SUBMITTING A WRITTEN COMPLAINT
Pursuant to the provision of članka 6. točke 3. Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu (“Narodne novine” br: 130/17, 25/19, 42/20 i 70/21), the service user is allowed to submit a written complaint in business premises, and by mail to the address Obala Pape Aleksandra III. 29, Komiža 21485 or by e-mail info@scubadiving.hr
We will respond to the written complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
